- Is sending an enquiry binding?
- No. Sending a cargo does not by itself appoint us as broker or commit you to anything. Shortlists and indications we send are for information, not binding offers; a fixture is concluded only when you and the owner agree the terms and lift any subjects.
- Will my cargo be shown to the whole market?
- No. Your cargo goes to market only as you instruct. A broker checks the details with you first, and owners are approached with it once you ask us to work it.
- When will I hear back?
- A broker reviews your enquiry and replies to you directly, first with questions if anything important is missing. We don't quote a fixed response time; if your laycan is close, say so in the enquiry.
- Is a broker really involved, or does the AI fix the vessel?
- A broker owns every enquiry. Our AI-supported system matches and ranks the options; your broker reviews them with you, negotiates freight and terms with owners and manages the fixture. AI does not negotiate or fix vessels on its own.
